How do you ship?
Currently we are shipping via USPS and Fed Ex. When will you ship my order?
Typically items will ship the next business day after payment has been processed. How much does shipping cost? Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout. Transit times vary according to destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times. However; if you simply can’t wait to get your tees, we recommend expediting your shipping by selecting our express shipping option.

Returns & Exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached.
You may return or exchange merchandise purchased online within 14 business days of the date on your receipt.

Returning or Exchanging Procedure:
1. Follow the instructions on your return authorization form included with your package.
2. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Include the completed form with your return/exchange, and send insured to the above address.
3. We recommend that you insure the return packages. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Refunding your credit card:
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 1-3 business days. Warning: These are not your everyday run of the mill, oversized tees that you buy in your local dime store. Our tees are unique. Our sheer fabrications are combined with modern, body-conscious silhouettes that are very flattering on female bodies. They do, however, run small. We recommend that you order one size larger than your normal size. Please see our women’s sizing chart before placing your order. They have an excellent stretch & recovery ability.
The Burnout and Gauze Tees
Sweet Tee Couture’s burnout & gauze collections are a special blend of cotton and poly fabrics. The burnout tees are garment dyed to capture a truly vintage and worn feel. Each garment will completely vary in color and level of weathering. These garments may also have piling due to the extensive burnout process. We, personally, recommend you wash these shirts on delicate and lay flat to dry. Back To Top 5. Sold Out Items
Sweet Tee Couture Tees sold online often sell out faster than the inventory system can update the website. If items in your order are sold out and can’t be reordered we will notify you via email with options or an expected ship date if the item you ordered is on backorder. If you choose to forego your purchase (which we hope you won’t), we will cancel your order. Back To Top 6. Back Orders
All items that are not available at the time of purchase will be shipped upon arrival IF they are available for re-order. We will notify you immediately if the items are back ordered and if applicable, the rest of your order will be shipped.
